Ac1dRa1n Jailbreak iOS 4.3 ?

Many main-websites announced that there is a new developers called PwnDevTeam are going to release a new jailbreak tool for iOS 4.3 naming as Ac1dRa1n.
The members of this team are @P01sonN1nja, @SwampFox56, @Gr0undbreak1ng, @iJailSnowBreak, @IP4pwn. It is a one click Jailbreak, all you need to do is put the Device in DFU Mode and click on Qu1ckBo0t. we don't know if the that jailbreak is really or a fake Just there is only one jailbreak for iOS 4.3 that is Sn0wbreez

One important thing is that Ac1dRa1n will be released for both Mac OS X and Windows.
According to PwnDevTeam, Ac1dRa1n will not work for iPad 2. So you will not be able to jailbreak your iPad 2 using this jailbreaking tool.
